- Account Information: If you create an account, we collect your email address and organization name for authentication purposes
- Payment Information: If applicable, payment details are processed by third-party payment processors and are not stored on our systems
- Technical Logs: Server logs that may include IP addresses, browser type, and access times, retained for security purposes only and automatically deleted after 30 days

When you submit a query to ARBITER:
- Your input is processed in real-time through our semantic coherence engine
- Analysis occurs in ephemeral memory and is not written to persistent storage
- Results are transmitted directly to you and then discarded from our systems
- No human reviews your queries or results

- No persistent storage of sensitive query data
- Regular security audits and penetration testing
- Access controls and authentication for all system components
